This two-stage air compressor is ideal for a workshop or small business that needs greater air flow than what is produced by smaller 60 gallon air compressors. It delivers 12.6 CFM at 90 PSI and has a maximum pressure of 175 PSI to operate virtually all commonly used air tools - impact wrenches, ratchets, sanders, die grinders, and dual action sanders. The cast iron, oil-lubricated pump is extremely durable and is rated for 10,000 hours of life based on B-10 bearing rating. Other features of this compressor make it very user friendly. The 80 gallon vertical tank style saves on floor space and is a registered ASME Code(American Society of Mechanical Engineers)pressure vessel to ensure safe operation. The integrated control panel features a pressure regulator and two pressure gauges that indicate tank pressure and the regulated output pressure. Two 1/4 inch universal couplers are provided for quick and easy connection of an air hose. A 3/4 inch NPT opening is also provided for hard piping connection to the tank. The pressure switch is conveniently located under the base for protection and safety. The 4 HP motor is 240 volt, single phase rated to allow connection to the electrical system typically found in a shop. It includes thermal overload protection to shut down the compressor in the event of an overload condition.
