We ship to addresses within the fifty U.S. states and within Canada except for the Nunavut province.
Not all products can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses, please call us to check.
Sales Tax is applicable for shipping addresses in IN, KY, OH, TN, FL and MI.
GST and HST taxes are applicable for shipping addresses in Canada.
All prices, shipping charges and tax amounts are shown in US dollars.
Payment is by credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) in US dollars.

Normally, order processing begins the next business day after the order is received. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days. Shipment will occur as noted in "Shipping Methods" below. Allow up to two weeks for delivery.

Online orders do not ship by U.S. Mail. If you must ship to a P.O. box please call us to place your order.

Selecting Next Day Air or Second Day Air shipping method does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days after you place it. Air shipping on a website order means that your order will arrive in one or two days after we ship it. If you truly need expedited shipping and delivery then place your order by phone, 1-866-247-6937 (1-866-220-2098 if shipping to Canada), and we will make every effort to meet your time frame.

Note to customers shipping to Canada: Due to the possibility of additional time required at border crossing and/or custom clearance Campbell Hausfeld does not guarantee Expedited freight services to Canada from the USA.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska must go by Air.
The shipping method must be the same for all items on the same order.

After you select a specific product from a list of items, look for messages in red at the bottom of the Product Detail page. These messages will give you reasons why your shipping method choices may be restricted. No red message indicates no restrictions apply, or no item measurement data is available.

All products within the factory warranty period must be serviced at any of the 1500 Campbell Hausfeld service facilities in the U.S. and Canada. Products that are out of warranty can also be serviced at the service centers (charges may apply). Replacement parts can also be purchased at our service facilities. If your product cannot be serviced, please call the phone number on your product decal.

Returns of products purchased online will not be accepted by our retailers, distributors or service centers.

Some restrictions apply to requests for return, credit or replacements of products purchased at www.chpower.com. Campbell Hausfeld cannot guarantee return credit for orders not approved in advance. Contact us within 30 days of delivery in order to process a return or request a replacement or credit.

Items that are not in original condition may only receive a partial refund. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Restock fees apply to returns that are not authorized in advance or that are ordered in error.
