1900 1914
1900: James Campbell sells the company to his three sons, Albert, Harry and Elmore. The company name is changed to the Campbell Corn Drill Company.
1910: The growing company moves to a new plant on State Street in West Harrison, Indiana.
1911: The Campbell brothers incorporate the business as the Campbell Bros. Manufacturing Company, Inc. Documents of incorporation list Albert as president, Harry as vice president and Elmore as secretary-treasurer.
